It gives me great pleasure to pay a state visit to the Republic of Serbia at the warm invitation of President Aleksandar Vu?i?. On behalf of the Chinese government and people, I would like to extend heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the friendly government and people of Serbia.
中塞傳統(tǒng)友誼深厚，兩國(guó)關(guān)系經(jīng)受住國(guó)際風(fēng)云變幻的考驗(yàn)，樹立起國(guó)與國(guó)關(guān)系的典范。2016年兩國(guó)建立全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系以來(lái)，雙邊關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展，取得歷史性成就。兩國(guó)政治互信堅(jiān)如磐石，高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”成果豐碩，相繼實(shí)現(xiàn)全面互免簽證、開通直航航線、簽署自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定，人員往來(lái)更加密切，鐵桿友誼深入人心。中塞兩國(guó)堅(jiān)定支持彼此核心利益和重大關(guān)切，共同維護(hù)國(guó)際公平正義，為促進(jìn)世界和平和發(fā)展作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。中塞合作建立在平等互利基礎(chǔ)上，符合兩國(guó)根本利益和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)利益，為各自發(fā)展振興注入強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力，為兩國(guó)人民帶來(lái)了福祉，為構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體貢獻(xiàn)了力量。
China and Serbia enjoy profound traditional friendship. Our bilateral relationship has stood the test of changing international environment and become a fine example of state-to-state relations. Since the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership in 2016, the bilateral relationship has realized leapfrog development, and achieved historic results. The two countries are bound by rock-solid political mutual trust, and have seen fruitful results in high quality Belt and Road cooperation. We have agreed on comprehensive mutual visa exemption, opened direct flights, and signed a free trade agreement. People-to-people exchanges are becoming more robust. Our ironclad friendship has taken deeper roots in the heart of the two peoples. China and Serbia have rendered each other firm support on issues concerning our respective core interests and major concerns. We have jointly upheld international fairness and justice, and contributed our share to promoting world peace and development. Cooperation between the two countries is rooted in the principle of equality and mutual benefits. It serves the fundamental and long-term interests of both countries, provides strong momentum for our respective development and rejuvenation, brings benefits to the two peoples, and contributes to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上，中方愿同塞方一道，不忘初心、攜手前行，開創(chuàng)動(dòng)力更強(qiáng)、領(lǐng)域更廣、質(zhì)量更高的合作新局面。我期待以這次訪問(wèn)為契機(jī)，同武契奇總統(tǒng)就雙邊關(guān)系以及其他共同關(guān)心的問(wèn)題深入交換意見，共話友誼、共商合作、共謀發(fā)展，規(guī)劃兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展新藍(lán)圖。我相信，這次訪問(wèn)一定會(huì)取得豐碩成果，譜寫中塞關(guān)系發(fā)展新篇章。
Standing at a new historical starting point, China will work with Serbia to jointly stay committed to the original aspiration and forge ahead together to open up a new vista in China-Serbia cooperation with stronger momentum, greater scope, and higher quality. I look forward to taking this visit as an opportunity to have in-depth exchange of views with President Vu?i? on the bilateral relationship and other issues of mutual interest, renew friendship, plan for cooperation, explore development, and draw up a new blueprint for the development of bilateral relations. I am confident that this visit will be a fruitful one and will open up a new chapter in China-Serbia relations.
