Joint Statement on China-U.S. Economic and Trade Meeting in Stockholm

The Government of the People’s Republic of China (“China”) and the Government of the United States of America (the “United States”),
中華人民共和國(guó)政府（“中國(guó)”）和美利堅(jiān)合眾國(guó)政府（“美國(guó)”），
Recalling the Joint Statement on China-U.S. Economic and Trade Meeting in Geneva on May 12, 2025 (“Geneva Joint Statement”); and
憶及2025年5月12日達(dá)成的中美日內(nèi)瓦經(jīng)貿(mào)會(huì)談聯(lián)合聲明（“日內(nèi)瓦聯(lián)合聲明”）；以及
Reflecting on their meetings in London on June 9 and 10, 2025, and in Stockholm on July 28 and 29, 2025;
考慮到雙方2025年6月9至10日倫敦會(huì)談和2025年7月28至29日斯德哥爾摩會(huì)談；
The Parties recall the commitments under the Geneva Joint Statement and agree to take the following actions by August 12, 2025:
雙方憶及日內(nèi)瓦聯(lián)合聲明下所作承諾，并同意于2025年8月12日前采取以下舉措：
1. The United States will continue to modify the application of the additional ad valorem rate of duty on articles of China (including articles of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region) set forth in Executive Order 14257 of April 2, 2025, by suspending 24 percentage points of that rate for an additional period of 90 days, starting on August 12, 2025, while retaining the remaining ad valorem rate of 10 percent on those articles pursuant to the terms of said Order.
一、美國(guó)將繼續(xù)修改2025年4月2日第14257號(hào)行政令中規(guī)定的對(duì)中國(guó)商品（包括香港特別行政區(qū)和澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)商品）加征從價(jià)關(guān)稅的實(shí)施，自2025年8月12日起再次暫停實(shí)施24%的關(guān)稅90天，同時(shí)保留按該行政令規(guī)定對(duì)這些商品加征的剩余10%的關(guān)稅。
2. China will continue to (1) modify the application of the additional ad valorem rate of duty on articles of the United States set forth in the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council No. 4 of 2025, by suspending 24 percentage points of that rate for an additional period of 90 days, starting on August 12, 2025, while retaining the remaining additional ad valorem rate of 10 percent on those articles, and (2) adopt or maintain all necessary administrative measures to suspend or remove the non-tariff countermeasures taken against the United States as agreed in the Geneva Joint Statement.
二、中國(guó)將繼續(xù)（一）修改稅委會(huì)公告2025年第4號(hào)規(guī)定的對(duì)美國(guó)商品加征的從價(jià)關(guān)稅的實(shí)施，自2025年8月12日起再次暫停實(shí)施24%的關(guān)稅90天，同時(shí)保留對(duì)這些商品加征的剩余10%的關(guān)稅；并（二）根據(jù)日內(nèi)瓦聯(lián)合聲明的商定，采取或者維持必要措施，暫?；蛉∠槍?duì)美國(guó)的非關(guān)稅反制措施。
This Joint Statement is based on the discussions that took place during the China-U.S. Economic and Trade Meeting in Stockholm, which was held under the mechanism established by the Geneva Joint Statement. The representative from the Chinese side for this meeting was He Lifeng, Vice Premier of the State Council, and the representatives from the U.S. side were Scott Bessent, Secretary of Treasury, and Jamieson Greer, United States Trade Representative.
本聯(lián)合聲明基于中美斯德哥爾摩經(jīng)貿(mào)會(huì)談?dòng)懻撉闆r。本次會(huì)談是根據(jù)日內(nèi)瓦聯(lián)合聲明所建立的機(jī)制框架下召開(kāi)的會(huì)議。中方代表是國(guó)務(wù)院副總理何立峰，美方代表是財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)斯科特·貝森特和美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表賈米森·格里爾。
